Our own Dried Portabella Mushrooms: Largest of the commercially available mushrooms, dried portabellas are robust and rich in flavor.  With a texture compared to fine filet, these dried mushrooms are an excellent addition to sauces or delectable served as a side dish.  the best part is they are our locally gown Portabella mushrooms dried for a great shelf-stable mushroom.  A good staple in your pantry for when you do not have fresh mushrooms and want to add mushrooms to your soup, stews, casseroles, and sauces.  One ounce of dried Portabellas is equivalent to 8 oz of fresh portabellas.
