Our blend of grown and dried Phillips oyster, sliced Poratabella and sliced Shiitake mushrooms.  This is a great blend perfect for your next pot of  mushroom soup.  Also great additions to any soup, caserole or stir fry.  Always reconstitute mushrooms by folllowing instructions on the package.   Never eat dried mushroom raw.
